L1 Mathematics
Course Description
Level One Mathematics is Compulsory for all Yr 11 Students. There are 3 different Mathematics Courses offered at Level One and these are 11MAT, 11MAI and 11NUM. The Mathematics department will place you in the appropriate course based on teacher feedback and Yr 10 achievements.
11MAT - 91945, 91944, 91947, 91946 (20 credits, Internals and Externals)
11MAI - 91945, 91944 (10 credits, Internals only)
11NUM - US32406, US32412 (10 credits)
Recommended Prior Learning
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Students are placed in 11MAT1, 11MAT2 or 11NUM based on their results from Year 9, Year 10 and in particular the Year 10 Term Four Examination or HLA approval.

Students taking this course will be required to have a Scientific Calculator.
