Course Description
This course requires high level Algebra skills and focuses on Calculus and Trigonometry. This course is for students planning University/Tertiary study involving Mathematics, Engineering, Architecture, Sciences, Medicine, Dentistry, Optometry etc. AS91579 will be taught if time permits.
Recommended Prior Learning
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: This course is for students who have studied 12 MAT and have a minimum of Achieved in Algebra 91261, Calculus 91262, Trigonometry 91259 (but Merit or Excellence is preferred) or HLA approval.
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Students taking this course will be required to purchase a Homework Book worth $25. They will also be required to have a Graphics Calculator.
