Course Description
In Year 11, students focus on developing practical coding skills. They learn about algorithms, debugging, and software development methodologies. They apply their knowledge to create fully-functional programs, showcasing their ability to solve complex problems. Students enhance their design capabilities by creating cohesive visual identities and design solutions that communicate effectively across digital platforms.
Projects may include:
- Canva C.V.
- Python-based computer game
- Short Documentary development
- Blender 3D character model
- Student choice of electronics/robotics project
- Full-Stack Web Application
- Machine Learning Project
- Cybersecurity Simulation
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
Students taking this course will be required to pay $30 towards take home film costume, props or sfx makeup for student project.
